1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to:

✅ All cities and regions within Pakistan
🌍 International shipping is available to select countries (please contact us for details)

📦 Note: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan:
    🚚 Delivery in 2–4 working days

  • International Orders:
    ✈️ Delivery in 5–10 working days, depending on location and customs clearance

⏳ Delivery timelines may vary due to product availability, holidays, courier delays, or customs processes (for international shipments).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Pakistan: ✅ Free shipping on all orders

  • International: ✈️ Charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a WhatsApp, SMS, or call with tracking details (if available)

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan

  • Please ensure your contact number and address are accurate for a smooth delivery experience

6. Delivery Delays or Issues

While we work hard to deliver on time, delays may happen due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Incomplete or incorrect address/contact details

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • 📸 We may request product photos for verification

  • Eligible cases will be offered refunds or replacements as per our Return & Refund Policy

8. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call

  • Some items shipped directly from suppliers may not include tracking numbers
