Return & Refund Policy

At Yahya Organics, your satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect all our skincare products before shipping, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

✅ You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
✅ The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
✅ You contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

❌ We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after receiving the product

  • Delivery delays caused by courier services

  • Product was used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number, photos or video of the item, and your reason for return

  3. Once approved, we’ll either arrange pickup or provide return instructions

⚠️ Note: Do not return any item without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued via:

    • Original payment method (where applicable)

    • Bank transfer or store credit for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
      ❌ Refunds are not issued in cash

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Skin care tools (if used or unsealed)

  • Custom-made or special-order items

  • Discounted or sale items

5. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it (if it hasn’t been processed or shipped)

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we’ll cover return shipping

  • If the return is due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
